Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Meta & Google Ads Expert based in Delhi, India. The Meta & Google Ads Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across Meta (formerly Facebook) platforms and Google Ads. This role will involve keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign performance data to drive traffic, improve ROI, and achieve business goals. Coordination with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive strategies will also be an essential part of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsStrong understanding of PPC advertising, keyword research, and budget managementSkills in data analysis, performance tracking, and campaign reportingExperience in audience targeting, A/B testing, and refining ad creative and copyAbility to collaborate with teams to align ads with overall marketing strategiesFamiliarity with SEO concepts and digital marketing principlesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar is a plusStrong communication and organizational skills
