Role OverviewWe at InRhythm are looking for a highly skilled Lead UI Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Frontend development (70%) using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, complemented by Backend experience (30%) in Java and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in a fast-paced agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend (Primary – 70%) • Design and develop responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js. • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for scalability. • Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance code. • Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. • Work extensively with JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs. • Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, etc.).Backend (Secondary – 30%) • Develop and maintain Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot. • Design REST APIs and ensure secure, scalable integrations. • Contribute to service orchestration, API gateway, and distributed systems design. • Participate in database design and data integration (SQL/NoSQL). • Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications • 7+ years of total IT experience. • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Experience in building and consuming RESTful services. • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks. • Knowledge of version control systems (Git). • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have • Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP). • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Understanding of performance monitoring tools.
