Hiring for a Principal Associate in Competition Law team at Delhi locationWe are looking for a lawyer to join our Competition Law practice in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and a demonstrable interest in competition law and will be keen to work on complex and high‑impact matters. This role offers hands‑on exposure to antitrust investigations, merger control filings, and competition law advisory work, and is well suited for highly motivated self‑starters who are comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting on competition law investigations before the Competition Commission of India (CCI)Handling merger control notifications and related advisory workConducting legal research, drafting submissions and legal opinionsSupporting litigation and appellate proceedings before competition authorities and courtsAdvising clients on competition law compliance and risk assessment Eligibility & Qualifications Relevant Experience4–6 years of post‑qualification experience preferable in competition lawPrior exposure to data privacy law will be an added advantage Subject‑Matter Interest & KnowledgeA clear interest in competition law Strong fundamentals of Indian competition law Academic CredentialsLL.B. and/or LL.M. from a recognized institution Communication SkillsExcellent written and spoken EnglishAbility to articulate complex legal and economic issues clearly and persuasively Analytical & Organizational SkillsStrong analytical, research, and legal writing skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
