JOB DESCRIPTION – Associate Manager- Business FinanceLocation:Bangalore - work on-site 3 days per weekReports To:Senior Manager- Business Finance Role OverviewThis individual will focus on FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Leadership to influence decisions through data, insights, and financial rigor. The role requires a growth mindset, technology oriented, deeply involved in analysis, modeling, structured reviews, and problem-solving.What You’ll Be DoingKey Responsibilities:Partner with business teams to track performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic goals.Participate in the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly performance review processes.Prepare management dashboards, variance analyses, and profitability assessments at client/project level including utilization, contribution/gross margins, rate realization, funnel conversion.Support commercial decision-making by developing business cases, pricing models, and ROI analyses.Enforce pricing guardrails, margin thresholds, and deal approval frameworksIdentify margin improvement areas and work collaboratively with delivery, sales, and procurement teams.Partner with Accounting/Controllership to ensure accurate closes, aligned reporting, and appropriate revenue recognitionDrive automation and standardization across financial reporting and planning processes.Liaise with auditors and support internal control and governance requirements.Lead or support cross-functional initiatives on cost optimization and financial process improvement.Your ExpertiseWe are looking for an individual to serve as a finance partner to business teams.
