Scope of the role:Our Client is actively seeking a highly skilled customer service representative to join the team and handle inbound and outbound phone calls, email requests, and face-to-face interactions using a friendly, helpful approach.This dynamic position also necessitates having experience in sales, as the opportunity may arise topromote company products and services. The most successful customer service representative willhave the communication and interpersonal skills needed to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in an efficient manner. Serving as the voice and face of our company, the representative will be integral in reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer serviceMain Responsibility and Activities:Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiencyBuild expert, dynamic knowledge of the company’s products and servicesConduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiriesEngage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptionalexperiences and nurture lasting relationshipsRespond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders,status, complaints, returns, and warrantiesMeet customer-service department sales targets, generating leads when opportunities ariseMaintain daily recordings and documentation of issues and resolutions in a database for sales and executive management teams to reviewEducation Qualification & Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.A minimum of 2-6 years of overall experience in Customer Support and Inside sales.Familiarity with office software and collaboration tools (Zoho is preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and prioritiesExperience from Manufacturing industry would be helpful and knowledge on engineering materials, Cost estimation.Customer interface- having experience is tele calling for demand generation and customer coordination.Good Knowledge on Excel and working experience on Salesforce/CRM and any ERP systems.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team
