About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin & Service Coordinator to manage and streamline our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) operations. The role involves coordinating between clients and service teams, ensuring timely service delivery, and handling essential administrative functions.This is a critical role that directly impacts client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities1. AMC Client ManagementMaintain and manage AMC client database (contracts, scope, timelines, renewals)Schedule preventive maintenance visits as per AMC agreementsAct as the primary point of contact for AMC clientsEnsure timely response and closure of service requestsTrack AMC expiry and coordinate renewals2. Service CoordinationAssign daily service calls to technicians based on priority and locationMonitor service team schedules, attendance, and productivityFollow up with engineers for job completion and reportingEnsure proper closure of service calls with reports and client sign-offsEscalate delays or issues proactively3. Documentation & ReportingMaintain service reports, job cards, and AMC recordsPrepare daily / weekly / monthly service reportsMaintain logs of complaints, resolutions, and pending issuesSupport preparation of invoices and service documentation4. Administrative SupportHandle general office coordination and clerical workMaintain vendor and client recordsAssist in quotation follow-ups and basic coordination with clientsManage emails, calls, and internal communication5.
