SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management ConsultantRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Talent Management Consultant to support ongoing initiatives at a large US-based enterprise. This role will focus heavily on SuccessFactors Talent modules with exposure to Employee Central and the Talent Intelligence Hub.The ideal candidate has strong functional expertise across core Talent processes and is comfortable working with global stakeholders during US business hours.Responsibilities•Support and enhance SuccessFactors Talent Management modules•Work with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize Talent processes•Provide functional expertise across:oPerformance & Goals (PMGM)oRecruitingoOnboardingoTalent modules and Talent Intelligence Hub•Support Employee Central-related Talent functionality, including:oConceptual understanding of EC Time Off•Participate in discussions around system improvements, integrations, and best practices•Collaborate with technical and business teams across time zones•Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and functional testing as requiredRequired Skills & Qualifications•Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management•Experience with Employee Central•Exposure to or experience with Talent Intelligence Hub•Experience with PMGM modules•Recruiting and onboarding experience•Solid conceptual understanding of EC Time Off•Global SuccessFactors experience (no country-specific restrictions)•Strong communication skills and ability to work with US-based teamsNice to Have•Prior experience supporting large enterprise implementations•Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models
