We develop next-generation battery technologies at our state-of-the-art R&D Innovation Hubs in India and the UK.JOB SUMMARYTo support in the design and implementation of comprehensive ERM policies, processes, and tools across Agratas, and foster an organization-wide culture of risk awareness and facilitate informed decision making, and support alignment of Enterprise risk management with strategic objectives.RESPONSIBILITIES (Broad list, not exhaustive)Collaborate with stakeholders to fully develop and articulate the company’s risk management framework including clarifying roles and responsibilities of three lines of defense and developing and implementing an approach to manage risk within the company’s risk tolerancePartner with key internal stakeholders to improve effectiveness and efficiency of risk management activitiesSupport in the development and implementation of enterprise risk management initiatives that support the Company’s overall risk management objectivesProvide oversight over compliance with the ERM FrameworkSupport the ERM function in preparation for any Enterprise Risk Management related assessments associated with the company’s projects or new initiativesSupport the Head of ERM with the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework in order to establish an effective risk-based system to identify, measure, monitor, and control enterprise-wide risksDrive risk workshops, Build risk registers, Work with internal stakeholders to document risk mitigation action plansUndertake follow-through reviews to assess progress of risk mitigation actionsWork with stakeholders to assess and determine risk appetite, risk tolerances, key risk indicatorsUndertake horizon scanning and build on risk repositoryPrepare risk heatmaps and dashboardsHave a deep sense of ownership and business acumen to proactively identify emerging risks in the sector, and also drive robust risk culture, Support in identification of and leverage technology driven solutions to build risk repository, dashboarding and follow-through on ERM outcomes Provide support in driving the Internal stakeholder meetings, presentations to the Board committees.Define and maintain policies and SOPs for ERM framework components (risk register, RCSAs, issue management, incident management)Knowledge, Skills and ExperienceBehavioural competencies:Business understanding & acumen, Programme management,Critical thinking & Influencing, Project planning & execution, Strong oral & written communication, presentation skillsCollaborative skills, Analytical skills,Deep sense of ownership, positive attitude Challenging mindsetTechnical competencies:Understanding of ISO 31000 & COSO ERM 2017 frameworks, Understanding of ISO 22301 / BCM requirements, Understanding of regulatory (example: SEBI LODR) requirements on risk management, BRSR reporting requirements / ESG reportingAbility to undertake horizon scanning & drive robust risk cultureBuild risk registers, Prepare risk heatmaps and dashboardsConceptual understanding of risk appetite, risk tolerancesRole Specific Qualifications / Certifications:Chartered Accountant / Management Accountant / MBA (Finance)Pass in Level 2 / Level 3 of the Institute of Risk Management OR Certification in Risk management from GARP Experience level:5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the domain of Enterprise Risk Management in a large manufacturing organisation (Chemicals / Auto sector preferred, but not mandatory) , with global exposure, working with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
