Role : Product AnalystLocation: Bengaluru, Chennai, HyderabadExperience: 5+ yearsNotice Period: Immediate or serving notice period preferredResponsibilities:A Product Analyst III takes a more proactive role in analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technology solutions. You will lead specific workstreams or feature analyses, develop comprehensive requirements, facilitate stakeholder discussions, contribute to test strategy, and mentor junior analysts, operating with significant autonomy. The Product Analyst III will:Independently conduct organizational analysis, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the measurement and prioritization of initiativesProactively interact and coordinate with system developers, architects, and business leaders on complex application changes, development, and deployment strategiesGather, analyze, and document complex business requirements, engaging effectively with technology partners to design robust solutionsWrite, communicate, and refine detailed requirements and user stories using various methods (e.g., use cases, activity diagrams) ensuring clarity and alignment with business goalsIdentify key stakeholders, understand their influence, and manage communications effectively across functional areas for assigned projects or featuresWork effectively within Scrum or Kanban teams, often facilitating specific discussions or ceremoniesDevelop comprehensive and well-defined acceptance criteriaLead or significantly contribute to Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives, driving improvementsDevelop and maintain high-quality system and user documentationPlan, coordinate, and oversee functional testing and user training for specific features or componentsProvide insightful verbal and written reports and analysis to management and stakeholdersCreate detailed workflow diagrams and technical documentationCollaborate closely with Tech Leads and UAT to establish clear definitions of /"done/" and ensure quality deliveryLead risk assessment efforts for specific project areas and develop mitigation plansLead backlog grooming sessions for specific features or components, contributing to roadmap planningAssist the Product Owner in defining approaches to deliver product roadmap itemesDevelop comprehensive test plans, oversee execution, and certify changes against finalized requirementsMentor and provide guidance to Product Analysts I and IIPerform other related duties as required and assigned Qualifications:4 Year college degree (Bachelor) or equivalent work experience4-6 years of relevant experience in business analysis, product analysis, or related roles, with strong, demonstrated Agile experienceIn-depth knowledge and application of Agile methodologies and principlesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skillsExcellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage complex tasks and prioritiesStrong teamwork mentality, including formal/informal mentorship of junior analystsHighly proficient in the G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Strong data analysis experience required; experience with BI Tools preferredExpertise with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile management tools requiredProven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and lead specific initiativesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects/workstreams concurrentlyProven track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsSolid Financial Services and mortgage industry experience strongly preferredStrong business acumen and ability to effectively interface with middle and senior management.
