The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of events and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate banquet events, functions, and gatheringsManage setup, service, and breakdown of eventsCoordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operationsEnsure high standards of hospitality and guest satisfactionHandle client requirements and resolve any issues during eventsSupervise banquet staff and assign dutiesMaintain cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standardsEnsure timely execution of events as per the schedule.Requirements:1 to 2 years of experience in banquet or hospitality operationsGood communication and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of food & beverage serviceAbility to handle events and manage teamsPresentable and customer-focused personalityAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends/events
