We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer with 7 years of experience in Data Science and AI Engineering to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI full stack solutions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end AI/ Data science project delivery, from problem formulation, prototyping, model development, and deployment to production, along with the ability to lead small teams and drive AI initiatives within the organization.This role requires a combination of technical depth, leadership capability, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver scalable AI solutions that create business value.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & GenAI Solution DevelopmentLead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and Generative AI projects including ideation, experimentation, development, and deployment.Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM-powered applications and intelligent automation systems.Develop proof of concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and production-grade AI full stack solutions.Work with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.Engineering & DeploymentDevelop scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.Deploy models using MLOps/LLMOps best practices.Implement AI systems using cloud platforms and modern AI frameworks.Full stack development and deployment knowledge and experience in production.Leadership & Team ManagementLead and mentor a small team of data scientists and AI engineers.Guide the team on technical architecture, development practices, and delivery timelines.Drive best practices in AI development, documentation, and code quality.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Engagement leads, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.Communicate technical solutions and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsEducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.Experience7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI/ML projects from prototype to production.Experience leading small teams or technical initiatives.Technical SkillsStrong programming skills in Python.Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.GenAI StackExperience with tools such as:LangChain / LlamaIndexOpenAI / Anthropic / HuggingFace modelsVector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)RAG architecturesPrompt engineering and model evaluationAI Engineering & MLOpsExperience with model deployment frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Docker).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Experience and familiarity with frontend technologies (React.js)Preferred QualificationsExperience building enterprise-scale GenAI and full stack solutions.Experience with fine-tuning LLMs or parameter-efficient training (LoRA, PEFT).Knowledge of AI system architecture and scalable AI infrastructure.Experience with Kubernetes, microservices architecture, or distributed systems.Prior experience in leading AI projects or mentoring teams.Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to lead AI initiatives and mentor team membersStrong ownership and delivery mindset
