You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely execution and quality delivery across Shopify and WordPress websites.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope and deliverablesAssist in the management and maintenance of website projects, ensuring content is up-to-date, visually appealing, and user-friendlyManage project schedules and timelines for Shopify and WordPress websitesCollaborate with the marketing team to implement basic SEO strategies such as keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content enhancements to improve organic search rankingsEnsure high-quality content with quick and effective turnaround on website changesConsistently monitor websites to ensure alignment with brand strategy and guidelinesUtilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to gather and analyse data on website performanceWork closely with the Project Manager to ensure project objectives and quality standards are metEligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related fieldExperience: 1-3 years of professional experience in website management, digital operations, or project coordinationTechnical Skills:Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress platformsKnowledge of basic SEO practicesExperience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)Core Skills:Strong organisational and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAttention to detail with a focus on accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
