Job TitleSpecialist, People SystemsLocation-IndiaRemote/HybridDepartmentPeople HR & Performance (CRPPNP01)Purpose of RoleIn this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders and business process owners to analyse, identify and design opportunities to optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors HCM system. The candidate will do so by providing Service Partner/Business Analyst support in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders. ScopeThis is an individual contributor role, joining a current team of 4.Key ResponsibilitiesBe an effective Service Partner/Business Analyst in supporting business users from HRUnderstand, analyse and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirementsCommunicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical languageAnalyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose sustainable recommendations and solutionsEffectively support the implementations of new products or changes, including planning, resourcing, vendor management, stakeholder management, and change request managementWork with vendors to manage day to day operations to meet SLA and business expectationsStakeholder and Vendor Management:Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and operational needsCommunicate effectively to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR stakeholdersManage outsourced vendors to ensure they meet project requirements and align with business needsTechnology Solutioning:Hands-on technical configuration of the HR technology solutionsIdentify and recommend appropriate HR technology solutionsWork with cross functional teams to design, implement, and integrate HR applicationsEnsure that technology solutions align with HR strategies and compliance requirementsGather feedback from HR end-users and make necessary adjustments to applicationsVerify vendor solutions for feasibility and alignment with business needs and oversee project performanceOffer ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR applicationsKeep up-to-date on the half yearly system release specifications, create & update system processes and proceduresKeep up-to-date on HR industry system trends and applications. Project Management:Develop project plans, including timelines, milestonesMonitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiativesCoordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectivesAttributes/ Technical Skills Essential:At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems in the capacity of support consultant or in-house HR technology support teamExperienced in technical hands-on configuration in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules such as and not limited to Employee Central, Time off, Performance & Goals, Compensation modulesHands-on technical configuration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM in areas of workflow configuration settings, approval process, business rules, role based permissioning, Reporting tools and integrationsExperiencing in managing SAP SuccessFactors half yearly system release specificationsExperience working with 3rd party providersDesirable:Minimum 1 full-cycle large enterprise level SuccessFactors implementation of various modules in SAP SuccessFactorsGood understanding of API/ODATA Integration & experience in Object Oriented ABAP like Class/methods is a plus Relevant ExperienceEssential:At least 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors HCM systems, working in a capacity of Business AnalystKnowledge of Project managementWell versed in analysis, configuration, testing, implementation and post implementation support, understand technical and functional specifications from HR perspectiveFluent in English (written and verbal).Effective client-handling skillsStrong prioritizing ability and organizational skillsAnalytical, meticulous, and systematic in approach to workProactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing prioritiesGood communication, interpersonal and follow-up skillsPossess “can do” attitude, ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actionsMust be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Effective stakeholder-handling skillsStrong prioritizing ability and organizational skillsAnalytical, meticulous, and systematic in approach to workEducation and Professional Qualification Essential:• Masters or Bachelor degree in Computer Science/BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred.Desirable:• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationIt’s never been a more exciting time to join Vistra.
