Role: Product Assembly & Testing EngineerLocation: Bangalore (On-site) Experience: 0–3 years Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Product Assembly & Testing Engineer to work on assembling and validating our electronic systems.This role involves PCB assembly, circuit testing, soldering, and wiring, ensuring that every product leaving our floor is reliable and production-ready. If you enjoy building electronics from scratch, debugging circuits, and working closely with hardware — this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble PCBs, electronic circuits, and wiring harnessesPerform soldering (through-hole and basic SMD) and component-level assemblyTest and validate circuits, boards, and sub-systemsIdentify, debug, and fix faults in PCBs and electrical systemsUse tools like multimeter, power supplies, oscilloscopes (if applicable) for testingSupport prototype builds and product iterationsEnsure quality checks and consistency in assembled productsMaintain basic documentation of builds, issues, and fixesWork closely with the engineering team to improve designs for manufacturabilityRequirementsStrong understanding of:Basic electronics and circuitsPCB components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.)Wiring and connectionsHands-on experience with:Soldering, crimping, and basic assembly toolsMultimeter and basic testing equipmentAbility to debug and troubleshoot circuitsAttention to detail and patience for assembly workWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced hardware environmentGood to Have (Bonus)Background in Electronics / Electrical (Diploma, ITI, or Degree)Experience working with PCB assembly, prototyping, or electronics labsExposure to Arduino, embedded systems, or microcontrollersFamiliarity with schematics and PCB design filesPrior experience in product assembly or hardware testing rolesWhat You’ll GetWork on real-world robotics and hardware productsHigh ownership and hands-on exposure from Day 1Opportunity to grow into hardware engineering / product rolesFast-paced startup environment with real impactWho Should ApplyPeople who love building and testing electronic systemsCandidates with hands-on project experience (college, personal, or internships)Individuals who enjoy debugging and fixing circuitsPeople who like working with hardware over purely software rolesAbout Control OneControl One AI is revolutionizing the intersection of artificial intelligence and physical systems by transforming traditional equipment into advanced physical AI agents.
