Position Required: DESIGNER-HOUSEHOLD/HOME CATEGORY Mandatory Qualification: DESIGN GRADUATE(B.DES OR M.DES)Experience: Fresher or 1 to 2 yrs experienceRole: Design & Concept Development Create innovative design concepts for home décor products such as vases, candle holders, wall décor, tableware, textiles, and accessories Develop seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market trends Trend Research Track global and local trends in colors, materials, finishes, and styles Conduct competitor and market analysis for design direction Product Development Work closely with vendors/artisans to develop prototypes and samples Ensure designs are feasible for production, cost-effective, and scalable Material & Finish Selection Select appropriate materials (ceramic, glass, metal, wood, textiles, etc.) Experiment with textures, finishes, and color combinations Collaboration Coordinate with buying, merchandising, and sourcing teams Work with marketing for photoshoots, catalogs, and product storytelling Quality & Execution Ensure design consistency and quality across collections Approve samples and oversee final production outputInterested candidates can apply on
