Your work profileAs an Manager in our Transaction Services team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:Developing an understanding of the target business and its driversAssess data accuracy and reasonableness and follow-up directly with clients and third-parties appropriately to achieve necessary understanding and to resolve anomaliesPerforming financial analysis on data provided and arriving at conclusions / identifying issues.Interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of publicly available information on the target businessPreparation of quality deliverables (including Excel and PowerPoint documents) within agreed timescales, briefing Manager/ Deputy Manager accordingly. Identifying key issues in the areas worked on and reporting it to the Manager/ supervisor on a timely basisWork on a variety of deals ranging from large cross border transaction across various industry verticals Establishing credibility with clients/targets as a representative of Deloitte Transaction Services.To provide support/assistance for proposals/business development activities.Key skills required: In order to be considered for the role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of business modelling services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:Chartered Accountant (qualified in first or second attempt preferred) with good academic background and 4-6 years of relevant post qualification work experience.Having Audit or related articleship experience would be an advantage. Transaction experience/exposure would be an advantage.Knowledge of the Indian GAAP, knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using MS-excel to process and analyze large volume of data. Strong commercial acumen and market awarenessExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Base location can be any Deloitte office across PAN India This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.Hybrid is our default way of working.
