The responsibilities will include generating and nurturing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential customers, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also focus on identifying customer needs, providing relevant information about offerings, and converting leads into long-term engagements through effective communication and exceptional customer service.QualificationsProven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to effectively identify and connect with potential customersProficiency in fostering lasting relationships and driving Customer SatisfactionStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse audienceExperience in providing excellent Customer Service to ensure positive client experiencesGoal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed performance targetsFamiliarity with CRM tools and systems is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
