Talent AcquisitionOwn end-to-end hiring across media buying, creative, and support teamsBuild strong hiring pipelines and improve time-to-hireImplement structured interview and evaluation systems2. Performance & People ManagementDesign and manage performance review systems (KPIs, scorecards)Work with leadership on promotions, PIPs, and team structureDrive accountability and high-performance culture3. Employee Experience & RetentionImprove onboarding, engagement, and retention systemsAct as the first point of contact for employee concernsBuild a strong internal culture aligned with company values4.
