About the CompanyInnovative Soch is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of plant-based proteins and feed ingredients, including Rice Protein Meal, DDGS, Soybean Meal, Rapeseed Meal, and phytogenic feed supplements.With operations across 15+ countries, the company serves poultry, aquaculture, cattle, and pet food industries, focusing on high-quality, cost-effective nutrition solutions.As part of our next phase of growth, we are building dedicated trading verticals across agro commodities and food ingredients.Role OverviewWe are hiring experienced commodity traders who can independently manage and grow trading businesses.This role requires full ownership of the trading cycle — from sourcing and pricing to sales and execution — with a strong focus on building new verticals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new trading opportunities across products and marketsSource from manufacturers and suppliers (domestic and international)Build and manage a strong customer base across India and export marketsExecute trades end-to-end: negotiation, contracts, logistics, and paymentsTrack market trends, pricing, and supply-demand dynamicsIdentify arbitrage opportunities across geographiesBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers, traders, and buyersCoordinate with logistics, documentation, and finance teams for executionManage risks related to pricing, quality, and delivery timelinesDrive volume growth and profitability for assigned trading verticalsCandidate ProfileRequired:8–10+ years of experience in commodity trading (not only procurement)Experience in both buying and sellingStrong negotiation and commercial decision-making skillsUnderstanding of international trade (Incoterms, LC, logistics)Willingness to travel extensively and stay for extended periods outside India (for market development and execution)Ability to independently handle transactions and relationshipsPreferred:Background in agro commodities, feed ingredients, or food ingredientsExperience in import-export tradingExisting network of suppliers or buyersRelevant Industry ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following will be preferred:Soybean Meal, Rapeseed MealGrains, oilseeds, pulsesFeed ingredients and additivesFood ingredients (starch, glucose, proteins)What We OfferOpportunity to build and lead new trading verticalsHigh ownership with direct impact on business growthExposure to global marketsPerformance-driven growth environment
