The company is focused on redefining how professionals connect, collaborate, and grow in a digital-first ecosystem.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support the company across employment law, regulatory compliance, and general corporate legal matters. This is a remote role, ideal for a proactive legal professional comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert advice on labor and employment laws (India + international exposure preferred)Draft, review, and update employment contracts, policies, and HR frameworksEnsure compliance with applicable labor laws, data protection regulations, and platform-related legal requirementsAdvise on employee disputes, disciplinary actions, and terminationsSupport leadership on risk mitigation and compliance strategyDraft and review vendor agreements, NDAs, and commercial contractsWork closely with HR and leadership to align legal frameworks with business goalsMonitor evolving legal regulations impacting tech platforms and employment practicesKey RequirementsLLB / LLM from a recognized institution5–10+ years of experience in employment/labor law and corporate legal advisoryStrong understanding of Indian labor laws (experience with global jurisdictions is a plus)Prior experience with startups, tech platforms, or digital businesses preferredAbility to work independently in a remote setupExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
