TCS IS HIRING FOR MS SQLDBA_8 TO 12 YEARS_BANGALOREJD FOR REF:8 TO 12 years of experience in MS SQL Server Database Administration (all available versions)Candidate should have strong skills in architecture, design, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of all areas of MS SQL Server DB including high availability, replication, disaster recovery, patching, backup & recovery, performance tuning, optimizing, and securing Postgres DB in a large environment.Experience in Upgrading and Migration of MS SQL DB databases.Backup and recovery: Implement appropriate database backup and recovery strategy based on database and application availability requirements.Excellent troubleshooting skills. Should be able to resolve any issue related to MS SQL Server DB independently. Should be able to quickly isolate the problem and provide resolution in order to meet the SLAs.Excellent documentation skills. Should have prior experience in creating design documents, SOPs etc.Monitoring management and tuning. Hands-on experience on Monitoring tools to proactively monitor the database environment and to make changes to database structures, SQL, application logic or to optimize performance.Storage management techniques. Responsible to comply the storage hardware and software effectively in production and pre-production environments.Implement Transactional Replication, Always On Availability Groups and Log Shipping across various implementations.Must be an expert on High Availability features of MS SQL Server 2016 and later.
