Interested candidates, kindly mail to Main Purpose:To support procurement and contracting activities for ongoing and upcoming Oil & Gas projects, specifically related to offshore subsea installation services, in compliance with PSC procurement procedures, company policies, and guidelines.To coordinate and liaise with cross-functional teams such as Technical, FC&A, Legal, Taxation, Imports, and Shore Base to ensure timely contract placement and delivery of goods/services in line with project timelines and targets.Job Accountabilities:Assist in the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOI) for bidder prequalification; monitor responses, follow up with bidders, and coordinate with project teams on vendor qualification criteria and selection.Support the preparation and issuance of RFPs in line with procurement procedures; coordinate with technical teams and bidders to address technical and HSE queries.Assist in the discussion and closure of exceptions and deviations to RFP terms and conditions by coordinating with legal, commercial teams, and bidders.Coordinate with technical teams to obtain technical bid recommendations; assist in reviewing and evaluating commercial proposals and participate in commercial negotiations with bidders to obtain necessary concurrence.Prepare approval notes (internal/external) for submission to relevant stakeholders, including the Operating Committee/Management Committee, as per procurement procedures; assist in drafting LOAs and final PO/contract documents.Expedite with suppliers/service providers to ensure timely delivery as per agreed schedules and support smooth mobilization.Support post-award contract administration in coordination with internal teams (Technical, Imports & Logistics, Shore Base/Site, FC&A, and Legal); assist in audit handling and closure of POs/contracts.Utilize SAP (MM module) for procurement activities, including raising orders and maintaining accurate system entries.Skills Required:Strong work ethic with a proactive, self-starter approach.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to procurement function requirements.Good understanding of general terms and conditions of purchase and contracts.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work as an independent contributor while managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity.Strong analytical, conceptual, and commercial acumen with sound judgment.Result-oriented with strong networking and relationship-building skills.Experience in procurement and contracting of offshore subsea installation services for deepwater projects is preferred.Experience & Qualifications:BE/B.Tech (Petroleum or Mechanical preferred).5–9 years of experience in Procurement & Contracts, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.Strong expertise in techno-commercial discussions and contract management.Interested candidates, kindly mail to
