The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across digital and print media, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging visual content for digital platforms (web, social media, ads, email campaigns)Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, banners, and infographicsCollaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive designsMaintain and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpointsWork on UI/UX design elements when required (optional but preferred)Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStay updated with design trends, tools, and technologiesRequired Skills & Qualifications4–5 years of professional experience in graphic designStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatilityProficiency in design tools such as: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma / Sketch / Canva (depending on company needs)Good understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principlesExperience with digital marketing creatives (social media, performance ads)Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plusStrong communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveExperience in branding and identity designFamiliarity with UI/UX design principlesExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
