You will play a key leadership role in guiding cross-functional teams, defining best practices, establishing frameworks, and driving end‑to‑end project delivery.In this role, you will:Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce implementations with best‑in‑class frameworks and development standards.Drive 4–5 full‑cycle Salesforce transformation projects across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.Build scalable, high-quality, customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using SOAP/REST and modern web technologies.Ensure optimal performance by understanding and applying Salesforce platform features, limitations, and governor limits.Contribute across the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.Identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and platform enhancements.Collaborate in multi‑vendor and dynamic environments, adapting to evolving business needs.Stay updated on new Salesforce capabilities and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Your ProfileOverall 9+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce architecture, design, and leadership roles.Experience implementing 4–5 Salesforce projects across different clouds.Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Additional capabilities in SFS, CPQ, OMS, and OmniStudio (preferred).Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, customization, and best practices.Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (SOAP/REST).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.Ability to work in complex, multi‑vendor environments and lead high‑performance teams.What you’ll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
