Job Description *Summary:*  We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in Social Studies to join our dynamic education team at a reputable school in Amalapuram- . Your expertise in Social Studies, combined with a strong pedagogical approach, will play a pivotal role in preparing students for higher education and informed citizenship. *Responsibilities:*  - Deliver structured, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons in Social Studies (History, Geography, Civics, and Economics) for grades 6–10.  - Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE/State Board curriculum and educational standards.  - Utilize diverse teaching aids, digital tools, and multimedia resources to enhance student engagement and comprehension.  - Assess student learning through regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations; provide timely feedback.  - Monitor student progress and collaborate with parents and academic coordinators to support individual learning needs.  - Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development sessions, and professional development workshops.  - Promote values such as integrity, respect, and social responsibility through classroom activities and discussions.  - Contribute to co-curricular activities, including debates, quizzes, cultural events, and field trips related to social studies.  - Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with school administrative and reporting requirements. *Preferred Qualifications:*  - Experience with project-based learning and interdisciplinary teaching approaches.  - Familiarity with CBSE or State Board syllabi and examination patterns.  - Experience in organizing student-led social studies projects or community awareness initiatives. Requirements *Requirements:*  - Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or a related field; B.Ed. (Specialization in Social Studies) is mandatory.  - Valid teaching certification as per state/central government norms (e.g., CTET or equivalent).  - 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in grades 6–10.  - Strong subject knowledge in History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics.  - Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (e.g., smart boards, LMS platforms, Google Classroom).  - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.  - Ability to design creative lesson plans and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learning styles.  - Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional growth.  - Willingness to work in a collaborative, results-driven academic environment.
