Job Description: TGT SST Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Social Science to students of the assigned grade. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs. Assess and evaluate student performance, providing regular feedback to students and parents. Maintain a safe, conducive, and stimulating classroom environment to foster student engagement. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school events. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and contribute to a positive school culture. Incorporate technology effectively into the classroom and encourage its use among students. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any areas of concern. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. Teaching certification for Social Science at the appropriate grade level. Strong command of the English language and proficiency in other regional languages is a plus. Desired Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science or related subjects. Proven experience in creating an inclusive classroom environment. Familiarity with modern educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
