Senior Scheduler – EPC ProjectsLocation: Chennai and VadodaraEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our project controls team. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to prepare, monitor, and analyze project schedules for large-scale EPC projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.Prepare schedule data for proposals and contract negotiations.Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activity durations, and workflow logic.Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and update schedules.Perform schedule analysis and recommend recovery plans when needed.Validate subcontractor schedules and suggest improvements.Generate schedule performance metrics and critical path reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5–8 years of relevant scheduling experience OR 9–12 years of total project planning experience.Minimum 3–5 years of home office scheduling/planning experience on large EPC projects.Strong knowledge of project controls, engineering drawings, and construction management.Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project/MS Office.Excellent communication and analytical skills.
