Qualification: MBBS (mandatory) with PG (MHA/MBA preferred) Role Overview The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring quality standards, driving accreditation compliance, and improving overall hospital performance including P&L. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative hospital operations • Ensure compliance with quality standards including NABH / JCI accreditation • Drive patient safety, clinical protocols, and service excellence • Collaborate with department heads to improve operational efficiency • Monitor and improve P&L performance , cost optimization, and revenue growth • Lead medical staff engagement, credentialing, and governance • Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness Key Requirements • MBBS with PG (MHA/MBA preferred) • 8–15 years of hospital experience • Experience in handling multi-specialty hospitals • Hands-on exposure to NABH accreditation (JCI preferred) • Strong understanding of hospital operations, quality, and finance • Leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Profile • Experience in large corporate hospital • Exposure to international standards (JCI) • Proven track record in improving operational and financial performance
