About your roleThe Senior Analyst Programmer (K2 - BPM Specialist) role is required to work alongside an existing development team in India who manage the Global CAW workflow projects based on K2 Cloud and SharePoint Online.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning workflow solutions using K2 Cloud, SharePoint OnlineBuilding and implementing custom UI designs for K2 Forms with K2 designerExpert knowledge of creating and modifying complex workflows with SharePoint list as data source.Strong understanding of design elements for workflow solutionsBuilding complex forms with K2 Designer.Superior attention to detail and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an environment where there are multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure.Uphold Governance and best practice on the SharePoint / K2 DevelopmentUpdating JIRA tool to ensure all the projects artefacts are in place, following agile practicesDesign, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions using .NET/C# on Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Web Jobs, and Azure Logic Apps.Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems; implement secure OAuth2/Graph integrations.Model and optimize Azure SQL databases for performance, security, and cost efficiency.Apply secure coding practices, role-based access, secrets management (Key Vault), and compliance guardrails.Nice to have exposure on PowerShellShould have good Experience in working with Scrum, agile model.Ability to work in a team with diverse backgrounds.Willing to learn and adapt to new opportunities and challenges.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in an environment where there are multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure.Experience and QualificationsBE / B-Tech / MCA4-8 Years of relevant Azure development experience with Full stack with end-to-end app development experience with MicroservicesEssential Skills Good experience in building end to end K2 cloud solutions connecting to various LOB systems via API integrationsExperience in K2 Legacy to Cloud migrationArchitectural knowledge of the SharePoint 2013 and Office 365 platformKnowledge around Azure services and ecosystemHands-On JavaScript design & development capabilities and experience with K2 JSSPExperience in JavaScript, jQueryHands-On experience on Restful services design & integration with K2 APIsRequirement analysisEffort estimation basics through delivery teamsEstimation tools / testing4–6 years of relevant development experience across M365 + Azure with full-stack delivery and modern integration patterns.Experience working with SharePoint, Creating Web APIsBroad base of systems and technology delivery experienceExperience of mapping business requirements to software applicationDesirable Skills / Experience Strong customer focus with ability to manage customer expectations and deliveryAbility to estimate work and facilitate delivery to realistic deadlinesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience with designing UI for portals, searches, content management systems, business process and enterprise social computing platforms preferredRequirement analysisBroad base of systems and technology delivery experienceExperience of mapping business requirements to software applicationsBasic essential understanding of infrastructure landscape databases, webservers (IIS preferably) etc.Proactive in assessing customer needsAbility to prioritise own activities and work under hard deadlinesTeam playerMotivated, flexibleAbility to work in virtual teams in a multi-cultural environment.Mandatory Skills: well-versed in K2 integrations, form design, database connectivity, and GSSP configuration, SQL, Oracle, REST APIs, K2 Cloud role, specifying the need for expertise in designing and developing K2 forms, workflows, and management, as well as custom configurations.Good to Have - SharePoint knowledge, Azure and AWS
