Viveda Essentials is seeking a Senior Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager to lead the next phase of growth for our premium Ayurvedic skincare and wellness brand. This role is intended for a highly experienced marketing professional (5+ years) who has previously built or scaled beauty, wellness, or Ayurvedic brands and can drive both strategic brand positioning and revenue growth.This is a leadership role combining brand strategy, digital growth, e-commerce performance, and customer experience, requiring someone who can think long-term about brand strategy while also delivering measurable business results.The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with premium skincare, clean beauty, or Ayurvedic brands and understands how to position authenticity, ingredient integrity, and wellness philosophy into a compelling modern brand narrative.Key Responsibilities1.⁠ ⁠Brand Strategy & Marketing Leadership•⁠ ⁠Lead the overall brand strategy and positioning for Viveda Essentials, ensuring clear differentiation within the premium Ayurvedic and organic skincare market.•⁠ ⁠Define and evolve the brand voice, storytelling framework, and visual direction across all customer touchpoints.•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies spanning digital, retail, partnerships, and brand collaborations.2.⁠ ⁠Growth Marketing & E-commerce Strategy•⁠ ⁠Own the end-to-end growth strategy for D2C and marketplace channels.•⁠ ⁠Optimize website performance including conversion rates, AOV, retention, and customer journey.•⁠ ⁠Lead performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.•⁠ ⁠Oversee marketplace strategy (Amazon, Flipkart, specialty platforms) including positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive differentiation.•⁠ ⁠⁠Translate data into clear growth actions through performance analysis and experimentation.QualificationsUniversity Graduation, preferably with an MBASolid academic credentials and consistent performanceRequired Experience•⁠ ⁠5+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth roles within skincare, beauty, wellness, or Ayurvedic/organic consumer brands.•⁠ ⁠Prior experience in a decision-making marketing role (not purely execution focused).•⁠ ⁠Demonstrated track record of scaling a brand or product line through strategic marketing initiatives.Skills & Competencies• Excellent storytelling and brand communication skills.• Deep understanding of modern beauty and wellness consumer behavior.•⁠ ⁠Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability.•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical mindset with comfort using marketing and sales data.The compensation package offered will be commensurate with experience.Reports to: Managing DirectorLocation: New Delhi
