Title: ServiceNow Software Asset Management Specialist Location: RemoteDuration: 4+ Months possibility of extensionKey Responsibilities:ServiceNow SAM AdministrationConfigure, maintain, and optimize ServiceNow SAM Professional modules for license tracking, compliance, and reporting.Automate workflows and dashboards to support divestiture-related software asset activities.Ensure accurate data integrity within ServiceNow for all software assets.Software Asset ManagementMaintain comprehensive records of software contracts, software licenses and entitlements.Monitor compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements during organizational changes.Ensure both entities remain compliant during the transition period.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and risk mitigation.Divestiture SupportCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth cloning of divestiture data to a new ServiceNow tenant.Reporting & AnalysisGenerate detailed reports and dashboards in ServiceNow on compliance, usage and contracts.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Qualifications5+ years' experience in Software Asset Management, with strong ServiceNow SAM Professional expertise.Deep understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.).Experience supporting M&A or divestiture projects highly desirable.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills:ServiceNow SAM Professional certification.ITIL or IAITAM SAM certification.Familiarity with Costpoint or Microsoft Dynamics is desirable.Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentEoE
