Job Title: Site EngineerLocation: BangaloreExperience: 3–5 YearsEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentDepartment: Construction & Site EngineeringRole Category: Project ManagementEducation: B.E/B.Tech in Civil EngineeringLanguage Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory)Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Engineer with experience in Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP),The candidate will be responsible for execution, coordination, planning, and overall site management to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Key Responsibilities• Execute and supervise STP,& WTP, at site• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams• Analyze and interpret process plant drawings and infrastructure layouts• Handle end-to-end project execution at site• Prepare Estimation and BOQ (Bill of Quantities)• Manage contractual manpower, safety compliance, and subcontractors• Arrange materials and resources for smooth project execution• Prepare Bar Bending Schedule (BBS)• Maintain and monitor store and inventory records• Prepare and verify subcontractor bills and client billing• Provide daily progress reports to Head Office• Develop catch-up plans and ensure milestone achievement• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards and safety norms• Oversee structural and finishing worksRequired Skills & Competencies• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices• Hands-on experience in STP/WTP.Minimum 2 projectes Compleation Exprience.• Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, and estimation• Experience in site execution and project coordination• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety standards• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams• Proficiency in planning, reporting, and documentationPreferred Candidate Profile• Experience in infrastructure and water management projects• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Strong Computer Skills to Make Reports and Client Bills.• Familiarity with local language (Kannada) for site coordination
