Role Summary:Handle front desk operations, customer interaction, and tele calling to support inquiries and service bookings. Responsibilities:- Manage walk-in customers and front desk- Explain services, pricing, and process- Handle inbound & outbound calls- Follow up with leads and convert into bookings- Coordinate with team and maintain basic records Skills Required:- Good communication (English + Telugu+ Hindi preferred)- Strong customer handling & convincing skills- Basic computer/Excel knowledge- Ability to manage calls + walk-ins Experience:- 1–2 years experience mandatory (any segment)Education : Any Degree . Ideal Candidate:- Good at communication and follow-ups- Professional and organized- Focused on customer handling & conversions
