As they continue to scale, they are building a global support team to strengthen their technical delivery capabilities.Job Summary / Role OverviewAs a Senior CAD Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality technical drawings that bring the studio’s design concepts to life. Working primarily in Vectorworks (2D), you will support the internal design team by producing detailed and accurate drawing packages across multiple project stages.This role requires a strong technical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative direction into precise, build-ready documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce high-quality 2D technical drawings using VectorworksDevelop detailed drawing packages including: Plans, Elevations and SectionsJoinery and detailed technical drawingsTranslate conceptual design direction into accurate technical outputsCollaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure alignment on design intentDeliver drawings aligned to RIBA Stage 4 (technical design) standardsMaintain consistency and accuracy across all drawing outputsIncorporate revisions and updates based on feedbackStructure and organise files to enable seamless collaborationSupport exploration and adoption of new tools such as Rayon (if applicable)Required Qualifications / What We're Looking ForSenior-level experience in CAD design within interior design (hospitality preferred)Professionally trained or degree equivalent in architecture or interior designAdvanced proficiency in Vectorworks (2D) – essentialStrong experience producing detailed technical drawings (not just concept work)Proven experience with: Plans, elevations, and sectionsJoinery and detailed design drawingsSolid understanding of RIBA project stages, particularly technical design stagesAbility to interpret creative direction into technical documentationExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotelyExperience working with international teams or clients (UK/Europe preferred)Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectivelyPreferred Skills / Nice to HaveBackground in hospitality or high-end residential design projectsExperience with Rayon Design software (or willingness to learn)Exposure to multidisciplinary design environmentsStrong design sensibility alongside technical expertiseWork ScheduleMonday to Friday09:00 – 18:00 GMT14:30 – 23:30 ISTBenefits / What We OfferAnnual Salary: ₹9,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annumFully remote working environmentOpportunity to work with a leading UK design studio on high-end projectsExposure to international design standards and workflowsLong-term growth potential within a scaling creative businessCollaborative, design-driven cultureOpportunity to contribute to technically complex and visually impactful projects
