Role: Compensation & Benefits ManagerRole OverviewSupport the design, administration, and optimization of compensation frameworks, incentive structures, and HR analytics to enable effective talent management and business performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage and support the annual compensation review cycle, including fixed pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives (ESOPs).Administer and track sales incentive plans across business segments; contribute to plan design and improvements.Drive compensation benchmarking, data validation, and governance to ensure accuracy and compliance.Deliver insights through HR analytics, including productivity metrics and compensation effectiveness.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of rewards strategy with business objectives.Maintain adherence to compensation regulations, policies, and risk frameworks.Qualification & Experience:BBA/BBM graduates from tier 1/tier 2 institutes (MBA is preferred)2–4 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.Exposure to banking or financial services preferred.Experience in compensation cycles, incentive plan administration/design, and ESOPs.Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and data integrity.Working knowledge of compensation regulations and governance practices.
