Admissions Counsellor for Apeejay School International [IB / International Baccalaureate]About Us:The incumbent will be responsible for the student recruitment and enrollment processes for the school, ensuring the successful implementation of strategies to attract, evaluate, and admit students. They will manage all admissions-related activities, work closely with parents, students, and the academic team, and ensure alignment with the values and standards of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.Admissions Management:Guide prospective parents and students through the admissions process, including campus tours, application submission, and interviews.Respond to inquiries about the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum and school policies.Ensure timely follow-up with prospective families to complete the admissions cycle. Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for increasing enrollment.2. Student Onboarding:Coordinate and assist in the seamless onboarding process for new students.Provide detailed information about school activities, facilities, and academic programs.3. Communication and Relationship Building:Act as the first point of contact for admissions-related queries.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents.Conduct informational sessions or open houses to showcase the school’s offerings.4. Database Management:Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and admissions statuses.Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and opportunities.5.
