We’re looking for ahighly technical Programmatic Managerto own and scale demand across our ad exchange.This isnot a GAM or trafficking role— we’re looking for hands-on experience withOpenRTB, Prebid, VAST, and real demand integrations .You’ll work directly with partners such asCriteo, PubMatic, Microsoft, Freewheel, Google, InMobi, Amazon, Nexxen, Sovrn, Equativ, and Magnite .What you’ll doIntegrate and manage demand partners (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges) Work directly withOpenRTB bid requests/responses Manage integrations across:CTV, In-App, Web, Native, and Audio SDK-based and server-to-server setups Work withPrebid, VAST, TAM, and custom integrations Monitor and optimizeCPMs, bid density, fill rate, demand performance TroubleshootRTB issues, integrations, and demand drops Ensureclean data, reconciliation, and revenue quality Monitor and act onIVT (Human, Pixalate, DoubleVerify)What we’re looking for3+ years inprogrammatic (demand-side focus) Hands-on experience with: OpenRTB Prebid VAST Experience acrossCTV, in-app, or web environments Experience working withSDK integrations and supply environments Experience integrating and scaling demand partners Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset Familiarity withIVT / traffic quality toolsImportantIf your experience is mainly: Google Ad Manager (GAM) Campaign trafficking AdX optimization This role isnot a fit .Why joinFully remote Work withtop-tier global demand partners High ownership and real impact Fast-growing, high-scale programmatic environment
