Job Description – CA FresherRole DetailsJob Title: Finance & Accounts AssociateExperience: 1–3 years (CA Fresher)Location: BangaloreType: Full-time | In-officeReporting to: Finance ControllerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic CA Fresher who is eager to take ownership, learn fast, and contribute across finance, accounting, tax, and business operations. As a startup, we move quickly—you will work directly with leadership and get hands-on exposure to all core finance work.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingPrepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).Ensure accurate books of accounts as per Ind AS / Companies Act.Manage reconciliations (bank, vendor, inter-company, GST, TDS).Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Taxation & ComplianceHandle GST working: input reconciliation, GSTR-1 & 3B support.TDS computation, returns, and payment tracking.Assist in corporate tax working and statutory audit requirements.Internal Controls & ProcessesSet up or strengthen basic finance processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).Work on cost tracking, budgeting, and process improvements.Help build MIS dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.Business Finance SupportWork with operations, marketing, and product teams on financial impact assessment.Vendor & Payables ManagementReview invoices, agreements, and ensure timely payments.Evaluate vendor cost efficiencies and suggest optimisations.What We’re Looking ForChartered Accountant (Newly Qualified).Strong understanding of accounting, audit, GST, and direct tax basics.Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Tally is a plus.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.Good communication and problem-solving skills.What You’ll GainEnd-to-end exposure to finance in a fast-growing startup.Opportunity to work directly with founders.Ownership of key finance functions early in your career.High learning curve across accounting, business finance, and strategy.
