Envisioned as a next-generation mobility and urban destination, the hub is being developed with a strong focus on connectivity, integrated infrastructure, and long-term urban value creation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager – Interior Fit Out based in Ahmedabad. The Manager will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and designers, developing timelines and budgets, resolving on-site challenges, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The role will also require monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within allocated resources.What your day will look like : Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit out works across retail, commercial, hospitality, and public spaces within the developmentCoordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryReview interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment with site conditionsManage multiple fitout packages simultaneously, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and milestonesOversee site execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and safety protocolsResolve on-site challenges, design conflicts, and coordination issues in real time to maintain execution momentumTrack material approvals, mock-ups, and sample validations to ensure quality benchmarks are metDrive vendor and contractor performance, ensuring accountability on timelines, cost, and qualityManage budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising design intentEnsure compliance with statutory requirements, fire safety norms, and project-specific guidelinesConduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain consistency across all fitout zonesMaintain documentation for drawings, revisions, approvals, and site records with clear version controlCoordinate closely with base build teams to ensure seamless integration of interiors with core infrastructureSkills RequiredBachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering10+ years of experience in interior fit out execution (large-scale commercial, retail, hospitality projects preferred)Strong understanding of materials, detailing, services coordination, and on-site executionProven experience in managing contractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholdersAbility to handle multiple packages and tight timelines without losing control on qualityStrong problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability on siteGood command over drawings, BOQs, and project documentationExcellent communication and coordination skills
