As Field Service Engineer at local 1st line support Axxon you are the contact for customers when they need support, training, preventive maintenance, repair and installation. The Field Service Engineer also makes sure the customer can make best possible use of the installed equipment. Work include business travel, mostly in India but neighboring countries also are visited. At times also distant travels are needed. Even though travel alone is common the job is done within a team. Complicated tasks are solved with help from colleagues and 2nd line support. Serviced equipment range from Mysmart , Non-standard machine and all connecting SW.Your main responsibilities1. Installation of new equipment2. Preventive maintenance3. Emergency repair on site4. In-house repair of equipment5. Refurbishment and remodeling /renovation of used machines6. Telephone and e-mail support at the office7. Customer training8. Application support9. Sales supportOther job specific skills1. Customer centric approach with the will to help our customers to success2. Experience from hands on work with electrical, mechanical and SW systems.3. Summarized and fed back the application characteristics of different regional markets and assisted in promoting the regional adjustment of products.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or automation related field2. Proficient in English , be able to use it as a working language; (Chinese is a plus)3. Strong ability to analyze and solve problems;4.
