Role – VMware Lead B3 (Mx CTC : 17.8 LPA)Location – MumbaiShift: Rotational Shift6 days WFO completely.candidates should have prior experience with VCF or HCIPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Administrator/Nutanix at L3 level to manage, maintain, and optimize our private/hybrid cloud infrastructure. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, lifecycle management and design-level support to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of VMware-based software-defined datacenter (SDDC) and HCI environments.Key Responsibilities: Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation 5.x administration and lifecycle management. Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere 8.x, ESXi, vCenter, and cluster features like HA/DRS. In-depth understanding of vSAN design, stretched clusters, storage policies, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with vRealize Operations (vROps), vRealize Log Insight, and Aria Suitecomponents. Strong expertise in Nutanix & Cluster administration and lifecycle management. Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerCLI, Python. Deep troubleshooting and performance optimization skills across compute, network, and storage.Role Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
