We are headquartered in Pune, India, and we are on a mission to change how the world thinks about quality.About the RoleWe are building a Client Success function at Qualitia, and the Client Engagement Lead is one of the most exciting hires we are making to get it off the ground.This is not a traditional relationship management role. As the Client Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for building genuine, personal relationships with Qualitia Boson users across our client organisations. Not surface-level account contacts, but real connections with real people. You will know your users as individuals, understand what matters to them, celebrate their wins, and be someone they actually look forward to hearing from.A big part of this role happens outside office walls. You will meet users for lunch, coffee, and informal catchups. You will plan events and meetups that bring the Qualitia community together. You will be creative, proactive, and thoughtful about how you show up for the people in your portfolio.Over time, as you find your footing and the team grows, you will hire and lead a team of Client Engagement Specialists. You will define what great relationship management looks like at Qualitia, shape the approach, and develop the people who carry it forward. Right now though, you will be doing this work yourself, learning what it takes, and building the foundation everything else will sit on.What You'll DoIn the near term, you will be hands-on across a portfolio of users. As the team grows, your focus will shift progressively towards leading, shaping strategy, and developing your team.Build real, personal relationships with users and their leaders. Go beyond the professional surface. Remember their milestones, their preferences, and the details that matter to people.Get out there and meet them. Visit users in their cities, engage over lunches and coffees, and create interactions that feel genuinely warm rather than transactional.Be creative about engagement. Come up with new and unexpected ways to stay connected, recognise achievements, and make users feel like valued members of the Qualitia community. Technology can be a great enabler here.Plan and execute meetups and events. Organise in-person gatherings that bring users together and deepen their connection with Qualitia and with each other.Celebrate wins, personally. When a user hits a milestone, reach out with specifics. You will know what they have achieved because you stay closely connected with the Client Enablement Lead.Collaborate closely with the Client Enablement Lead. Stay current on each user's progress, challenges, and successes. This intelligence is what makes your engagement feel personal and meaningful rather than generic.Work with the User Community Lead on engagement strategy. Together, think through and execute both online and in-person initiatives to deepen the connection users have with Qualitia and with each other.Surface talent within the user base. Work with the Client Enablement Lead to identify users who are already experts and those with the potential to become ones. These people play an important role in the wider community.Be the voice of the user inside Qualitia. The honest feedback that comes through deep relationships needs to reach the product, engineering, and UX teams. Make sure it gets there in a structured and useful way.Track user success. Keep a close eye on how users are progressing with in-sprint automation and their overall capability with Qualitia Boson.Build the playbook and grow the team over time. Document what works, shape the approach, and bring in Client Engagement Specialists as the function scales.What We're Looking ForThe right person for this role is someone who is genuinely energised by people and relationships, has the maturity to build something from scratch, and brings enough technical fluency to engage credibly with users in the Salesforce and QA space.People person: You are the kind of person others enjoy spending time with. Remote-only engagement is not how you work best.Outcome-driven: You know what success looks like and you drive towards it without needing to be told what to do each day.Creative thinker: You come up with ideas that others would not think of, whether that is a creative way to celebrate a user milestone or a fresh format for an event.Builder mindset: You think about how to scale and systematise what you are doing, not just how to do it today.Qualifications5 or more years of experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing rolePrior experience in a lead or senior capacity, with some exposure to mentoring or managing others, is strongly preferredExposure to technology products or the SaaS space is a strong advantageFamiliarity with Salesforce or enterprise software ecosystems is a plusWillingness to travel regularly to meet users across citiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat It's Like to Work HereQualitia is a flat, free culture where outcomes matter more than hierarchy.
