This role focuses on planning, executing, and validating migrations during M&A or organizational transitions, ensuring secure and seamless consolidation of environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute SharePoint Online tenant-to-tenant migrationsPerform site inventory, assessment, and pre-migration remediationMigrate content using tools like ShareGate (pre-stage, incremental, cutover)Validate migrated environments (content, metadata, permissions, access)Manage SharePoint Online environments (sites, hubs, permissions, sharing)Collaborate with identity and security teams for access continuityTroubleshoot post-migration issues (access, sync, links, guest users)Maintain governance, security, and documentation standardsRequirementsHands-on experience with SharePoint Online migrations (tenant-to-tenant)Experience with migration tools like ShareGateStrong understanding of SharePoint Online security and permissionsExperience with Microsoft 365 / Azure AD (Entra ID) conceptsAbility to validate and troubleshoot post-migration environmentsExperience working on multiple migration projects (M&A preferred)
