We believe in fostering confidence, teamwork, and lifelong fitness among our learners.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Physical Education Coach to lead and support our girls’ physical education and sports program. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes physical fitness, discipline, and sportsmanship.Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver structured PE lessons aligned with Cambridge expectations and school philosophyTrain and mentor students in a variety of sports and physical activitiesPromote fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among studentsOrganize and coordinate inter-house events, sports days, and tournamentsEnsure student safety and well-being during all physical activitiesMaintain records of student progress and participationCollaborate with faculty to integrate physical education into the broader learning experienceQualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) – mandatoryPrior experience working in a school settingStrong understanding of age-appropriate physical training and student engagementAbility to work effectively within a collaborative school environmentPreferred:Experience working with girls’ teams or in a girls-focused programExposure to international curricula (Cambridge or similar)Skills in coaching specific sports or fitness disciplinesPersonal Attributes:Enthusiastic, proactive, and student-centeredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to inspire confidence and participation among students
