Reports To: Consumables & Dispatch Dept.Job Location: Turbhe, Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities:Inspection of loading & unloading of material and reporting of damages / leakages / color change of chemicals to Import & Procurement Division. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checksCoordinate with suppliers, transporters and internal teams for dispatch and deliveryLocal Procurement (Spare Parts) Preparing quotations, raising Purchase Orders and Sales invoices.Generating E-Way Bill & E-Invoice with number of packages and passing GRN Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely deliveryEnsure proper labelling, packaging and storage of productsSupport warehouse organization and cleanliness standardsHandle basic data entry and reporting in warehouse management system (Tally ERP/SAP)Follow safety guidelines and company proceduresRequired Skills & Qualifications:B. Com / Bachelor’s degree in any specification.2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations Basic knowledge of inventory & warehouse management processesFamiliarity with MS Word / Excel and warehouse software systems (Tally ERP/SAP)Good communication and coordination skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskPreferred Attributes:Strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a positive mindsetWorking Conditions:Warehouse environment with moderate physical activityMay require occasional extended hours based on workloadTravelling to Wada whenever required.
