The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, advertising, and operational strategies to drive sales growth and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:Amazon Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage the Amazon seller account, ensuring all listings are optimized and up to date.Advertising & Promotions: Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other promotional activities to maximize ROI.SEO & Listing Optimization: Improve product listings using keyword research, compelling content, and A+ content strategies.Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure stock availability, reduce overstocking or stockouts, and optimize logistics.Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to enhance decision-making and revenue growth.Amazon Compliance & Policies: Stay updated with Amazon’s latest policies, ensuring compliance and resolving account-related issues promptly.Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Customer Service & Reviews Management: Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a high seller rating and customer satisfaction.Key Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts, preferably in the home furnishing or similar industry.Skills:Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central and AMS (Amazon Marketing Services).Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and drive performance improvements.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.Ability to multitask and lead cross-functional teams.Why Join Story@Home?Be part of a fast-growing home furnishing brand with a strong presence in the e-commerce space.Work in a collaborative and innovative environment.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities and continuous learning.
