About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities across multiple centers. The role requires ensuring seamless operations, high uptime, cost efficiency, and strong vendor management while maintaining quality and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities1. Facility Operations ManagementManage end-to-end facilities operations across all centers (Cult, FF, and other formats)Ensure 99.9% uptime of all facility-related services to support business operations2. Ticketing & Issue ResolutionEnsure timely closure of all facility-related tickets raised via internal toolsCoordinate with operations, audit, and quality teams to resolve issues efficiently3. Process Implementation & ComplianceImplement and standardize systems, processes, and SOPs across centersEnsure adherence to predefined budgets and operational guidelines4. Cost Optimization & Budget ManagementExecute facility operations within approved budgetsTrack budget vs. actuals and drive cost-saving initiativesIdentify and implement new opportunities for operational efficiency5. Vendor ManagementManage vendors in collaboration with designated SPOCs to ensure uninterrupted serviceIdentify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for maintenance and support servicesDevelop backup vendor strategies to handle emergencies6. Asset Management & Business ContinuityEnsure regular testing and maintenance of equipment and machineryCoordinate with AMC partners for preventive maintenance and risk mitigation7. Refurbishment & Projects (Refresh)Plan and oversee execution of refurbishment, refresh, and facelift projectsEnsure timely completion with quality adherence8. Quality AssuranceConduct regular quality audits of vendor work and materials usedIdentify improvement areas and recommend corrective actions9. MIS & ReportingMaintain accurate data and dashboards including PPM schedules, cost trackers, and budget reportsShare periodic updates with stakeholders on facility performance10. Preventive MaintenanceDrive preventive maintenance programs to ensure zero downtimeMonitor and supervise execution of maintenance schedulesKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of facility management operationsVendor and stakeholder managementBudgeting and cost controlProblem-solving and execution focusData tracking and MIS reportingAttention to detail and quality orientationPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Facilities Management / Operations or related fieldExperience in managing multi-site operations (preferably in retail, fitness, or hospitality environments)
