Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representatives who will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Salary : upto 6.5 LPA fixed + 1.5 LPA Variable Working: Days: 5 days a weekShift: Rotational Office Location : Eco Space Bellandur, Koramangala, Manyata Tech Park ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chatsResolve customer queries in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate information about products/servicesEscalate complex issues to the relevant departments when requiredMaintain records of customer interactions and transactionsFollow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfactionMeet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT scoresQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAt least 1 - 5 years' of relevant work experienceMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)Should be comfortable with upsellingExcellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workWhy Join us 2 way cabs Night shift allowance Full Health InsuranceNo Cap incentives Freshers may only apply if they're a graduate**Note : Shortlisted candidates should be able to join within 0-15 days.
