Role OverviewWe are looking to hire an Analyst to join our Debt Capital Markets team, with a focus on private credit and structured financing.This role is suitable for early-career professionals (preferably Chartered Accountants) who have foundational exposure to debt/credit as an asset class, particularly through experience in banks or NBFCs.The Analyst will support the team across credit evaluation, financial analysis, deal execution, and sourcing, while building strong fundamentals in private credit investing.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Due Diligence & Investment EvaluationConduct detailed analysis of business models, including value chain, industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and management qualityIdentify key credit risks and mitigants across transactionsSupport preparation of investment memorandums and internal notes for Investment Committee discussions2. Financial Analysis & Deal StructuringBuild and maintain financial models and credit evaluation sheetsAnalyze financial statements, cash flows, and leverage profilesSupport structuring of transactions, including terms, covenants, and security packages to ensure downside protectionRequirements & Qualifications1–2 years of experience, with exposure to debt/credit analysisChartered Accountant (CA) preferred; strong finance/accounting background requiredPrior experience or internships with Banks, NBFCs, or credit-focused roles preferredBasic understanding of debt products, lending structures, and credit assessmentSkills & AttributesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailGood understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysisAbility to work in a high-intensity, team-driven environmentClear and structured written and verbal communicationHigh ownership mindset and willingness to learnGenuine interest in credit investing and debt markets
