We’re looking for a lively, highly skilled Advertising Account Manager with a strong instinct for building client relationships and translating brand objectives into impactful mainline campaigns. You will work closely with the client servicing team to drive strategy, execution, and delivery across integrated advertising solutions.Gain a deep understanding of clients’ products, services, business objectives, competitors, and target audiencesDevelop campaign ideas and communication solutions based on insights and briefsPrepare presentations, reports, and clear way-forward / action documentsCollaborate with planning, strategy, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefsLead client interactions to understand marketing needs and propose effective solutionsCreate and deliver presentations for campaigns, launches, and brand initiativesDevelop marketing plans, timelines, and budgets for campaignsEnsure high-quality delivery within defined timelines and budgets4-8 years of experience in a mainline advertising agency(Experience in media, event, or purely digital agencies will not be considered)Strong non-digital / mainline advertising exposure is mandatoryProven experience in brand strategy, planning, and managementClient servicing and account management experience (not accountancy)Strong creative thinking with logical and analytical problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detailProficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong team player with an operations-oriented mindsetAlchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions is a 360-degree marketing and talent solutions firm with over 15 years of experience in driving brand growth.
